Domino Records Announces New Radio Station

Domino Records has announced that it will launch a new radio station next month.

The record label that is home to Wild Beasts, Arctic Monkeys and Anna Calvi will soon be broadcasting music from its roster of artists as well as songs from artists such as Faris Badwan, Dennis Bouvell and Bobby Gillespie. The label will work with other indie labels, including Transparent Records and Angular Records, to produce the radio station.

Domino has not revealed details about the shows or the DJs that will be involved, but in a press release the label did say the station would provide “a dynamic schedule celebrating exhilarating alternative arts and music loaded with individuality, free expression and all manner of sounds from around the world.”

Domino Radio, 87.7 FM, is set to begin broadcasting on June 6.
