50 Cent to Write a Novel About Bullying

50 Cent just wants you to play nice. The rapper is in the process of writing his third book, a semi-autobiographical novel that explores “how a kid becomes a bully.”

With a memoir and a self-help book under his belt, 50 is no stranger to the literature game. He hopes this new novel, titled Playground, will discourage bullying and serve as a guide for his teenage son and other adolescents.

The storyline will borrow from the hip-hop star’s childhood, though he said he was “excited to see the story take on its own life.” According to MTV, the book will hit shelves in January of 2012.
