Cymbals Eat Guitars Announces New Album

Staten Island indie quartet Cymbals Eat Guitars confirmed the release of their sophomore album, Lenses Alien.

The record will be the follow-up to their debut album, 2009’s Why There Are Mountains.

Producer John Agnello (Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr.) lent his touch to this installment as well.

Lenses Alien will set sail Sept. 14 on Barsuk Records, which is also home to indie rock heavy hitters like Death Cab For Cutie, Nada Surf and Ra Ra Riot.
