Glee Producers Want Bruce Springsteen to Guest Star

After filling guest spots with stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and Molly Shannon, the producers of Glee want The Boss.

The higher-ups at Fox’s popular high school show choir series reportedly want Bruce Springsteen to appear on the show as a motivational speaker.

Glee’s executive producer Ian Brennan told E! he wants to feature Springsteen but has yet to contact him since the show is currently on hiatus.

Brennan also mentioned that the show’s cast will probably change in the third season, since many of the characters will be graduating high school.

“I just think we would be missing a beat if we didn’t acknowledge the fact that such a huge part of high school is graduating from high school, and that’s going to give us a lot of stuff to write to in Season 3,” he said.
