Joanna Newsom to Release "What We Have Known" Single

Indie songstress Joanna Newsom is releasing a new single on July 19 via Drag City.

The song, “What We Have Known,” was originally released on 2003’s Yarn and Glue EP and as a b-side on her 2004 single for “Sprout and the Bean,” but the six-minute tune will now be made available as a vinyl 12" single.

For more of the harpist’s quirky vocal stylings, you can also catch her on PBS’s Austin City Limits on Aug. 1.
