Tom Hanks Talks Toy Story 4
Last week, Pixar revealed plans to release a new film on Nov. 27, 2013. Could that project possibly be Toy Story 4?
Tom Hanks, who voices Woody in the popular series, talked to radio station Magic 105.4 about Pixar’s plans to make the fourth film in the franchise.
“I think they are trying to do another one,” said Hanks. “The spirit afoot is to make a fourth.”
The new Pixar project, however, is reportedly an original story, not a sequel.
“Whatever is going on at Pixar headquarters is a mystery to me,” he told Magic. “I’ll wait until they blow white smoke out of the chimney or whatever it is that says there’s another Toy Story coming down the pipe.”
Hanks will next star in Larry Crowne, which releases in theaters Friday. Pixar’s latest film, Cars 2, opened in theaters this past Friday.
