Cee Lo Green Working on a Liberace Tribute Show in Vegas

Back in May, Cee Lo Green introduced his affinity for Vegas legend Liberace in the music video for “I Want You,” establishing the persona “Loberace” and donning some very shiny outfits.

Now Green has plans to take up residency in Sin City to perform an entire show under the Loberace moniker. Green made the announcement on The Today Show, saying, “I wanted to do something new and fresh for this generation. I don’t think anyone from my generation has got the opportunity to do something monumentous like that. I would like to do something exceptional. The way that I feel about myself and the way that my career is going, it makes sense.”

Still no details on when or where the performances are to happen.
