New Comedy Pilot From Megamind Writers Goes To NBC

A new comedy pilot from Megamind writers Alan Schoolcraft and Brent Simmons, as well as Will Gluck’s production company, has finally been bought by NBC.

The pilot is about the behind-the-scenes operations of an elementary school, via “mockumentary” style camera work. According to an exclusive report from Deadline, the currently untitled show has finally landed on NBC after a tense bidding war, fitting well alongside the similar style featured in The Office.
