New York Film Festival Lineup Revealed

The New York Film Festival has announced their main lineup. Almost 30 films are slated to be screened, including Alexander Payne’s The Descendants, which stars George Clooney and will close the festival. This year’s event will run from Sept. 30 through Oct. 16. While there will be films that have shown at Sundance and Cannes, the festival will host a slew of premieres.

The lineup includes many highly anticipated films like Martha Marcy May Marlene, The Kid with a Bike, My Week with Marilyn and Martin Scorsese’s documentary, George Harrison: Living in the Material World.
