Radiohead Posts Their Intimate <i>From The Basement</i> Session

From The Basement, the live concert podcast and UK television program, did a live session with Radiohead back in July that aired on British television. For all us around the world, though, Radiohead has posted the one-hour session online, featuring songs off their recent King of Limbs album, as well as the classic “You and Whose Army” and a new one called “The Daily Mail.”

The intimate setting allows for some fun conversation between songs and some extended grooves from tracks off the King of Limbs record. Radiohead continues to bring their music to life in the live setting, finding an earthy balance between electronic and analog sounds. Many of the King of Limbs tracks here feature two or three percussionists, driving home those iconic grooves and tasty interlocking rhythms. Check it out below.
