J.J. Abrams has had nothing but a series of hits when it comes to television dramas and will now hopefully produce one more. This time NBC has picked up rights to a show created by sci-fi guru. Abrams currently has new shows premiering on CBS and Fox, while fan favorite Fringe entered its fourth season last week.
The new show, Revolutions, was co-created with Supernatural creator Eric Kripke, though that is the only information that has been released. Details about the project are being kept under wraps, but NBC executives hope that the new drama will fall more along the lines of early Abrams hits like Felicity, Alias and Lost as opposed to Undercovers, their last venture with Abrams that was canceled halfway into its first season.
