Facebook Will Add Smart Groups Soon

The ever-evolving Facebook will soon add a new feature to their site. This time, they’re taking note from Google+ and their friend grouping system. The social media giant will roll out “Smart Lists” very soon, which will enable users to narrow down their massive friends lists to groups they actually talk to.

For now it looks like the three available groups will be for friends you work with, went to school with, and live within 50 miles of. There is no word on if there will be advanced editable groups, say for friends who love Paste or prefer comedy films over drama films, but if Zuckerberg wants to stay on top, Facebook will need to stay ahead of Google+ and the resurging MySpace.
