Warm Bodies follows R, a zombie who develops a conscience of sorts after consuming the brain of a particular young man. His first post-meal decision is to save the life of the young man’s girlfriend, setting in motion the events of the rest of the novel. Malkovich will play General Grigio, a military man obsessed with wiping out the zombie threat. He joins Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer and Rob Corddry on the Summit Entertainment picture.
