New Girl Receives Full Season Pick Up

Zooey Deschanel’s New Girl has put forth two commendable episodes thus far and has pleased viewers with relatable content and witty dialogue. Fox obviously is pleased with the sitcom’s performance and has extended the inaugural season 11 more episodes giving it a full 24 episode order.

Even with the pilot streaming for nearly a month prior to its debut, the episode pulled in over 10 million viewers. It doesn’t hurt that New Girl’s lead-in is the ever popular Glee which has steadily pulled in an average of over 10 million reaching as high as 26 million viewers.
