For those musicians who have always been intimidated by the complexity of Radiohead’s music, it’s time to put those fears to rest: An announcement appeared today on Radiohead’s Facebook page linking to a new website, developed by the band’s publishers and devoted to official sheet music of their songs.
The sheet music comes in the form of a digital download and is advertised as “band-approved” (which likely means Jonny Greenwood-approved). Currently sheet music for 125 different Radiohead songs is available via the site, which includes songs from every studio album as well as most B-sides and rarities.
Each song’s sheet music is individually priced at either £1.25 or £2.25 and include transcriptions of vocal, guitar and/or piano parts.
