TBS Buys Conan O'Brien Sitcom

Conan O’Brien’s relationship with TBS remains as strong as ever. Despite ratings for Conan being lower than both parties would like to see, the network has agreed to pick up a sitcom O’Brien pitched.

Though details are scarce, the show is about a “family man” who quits his job and returns to his hometown, where he reunites with his former best friend. The comedy will be produced by O’Brien’s production company Conanco, while the pilot will be written by Ben Wexler.
