Watch the First Trailer for John Dies at the End

Yesterday the first trailer was posted for director Don Coscarelli’s upcoming comedy/horror film John Dies at the End. If that title sounds familiar to you, it’s probably because you’ve been to Cracked a few times and noticed any articles written by David Wong (real name Jason Pargin) feature an advert for this book of his at the bottom.

Pargin is actually senior editor of Cracked, and his book has garnered quite the cult following since he first began publishing it online as a webserial back in 2001. The film adaptation of John Dies at the End is due for release sometime in 2012, and stars Paul Giamatti and Clancy Brown alongside the relatively unknown Chase Williamson and Rob Mayes playing the lead roles of John and Dave.
