How To Be A Gentleman Moved to Saturdays, Effectively Cancelled

Over the weekend CBS announced that its underperforming freshman sitcom How To Be a Gentleman would be sent to the television graveyard, Saturday night. The announcement was coupled with news that the episode order would be cut from 13 to nine. The decision was made due to ratings that are considered too low for CBS standards.

The show will film its last episode tonight, reports Deadline. Though HTBAG officially won’t be considered a cancelled series, there is little-to-no chance the odd-couple buddy comedy will return next season. Rules of Engagement will take over the Thursday night spot while HTBAG will now air before Big Bang Theory re-runs.
