McDonalds To Launch In-Store Television Channel
Soon, you will be able to find out the local news, entertainment features and other content at a McDonald’s through their own television network.
The Los Angeles Times reported that McDonald’s announced they will be launching the McDonald’s Channel, a way for their in-store diners to catch up on nearby happenings and entertainment news.
The channel will be receiving the help of Mark Burnett with the project, who created Survivor and The Apprentice, as well as BBC America and KABC-TV Eyewitness News helping create content.
The network has been tested in larger areas, such as Las Vegas and Los Angeles, however it is unclear whether it has been successful in those areas or not.
