2012 Film Independent Spirit Award Nominations Announced
This morning, the nominees for the 27th Film Independent Spirit Awards were announced in Los Angeles.
Last year’s awards gave their best feature award to Black Swan as well as best actress for Natalie Portman. James Franco won best actor for 127 Hours, and Winter’s Bone won best supporting actor and actress for John Hawkes and Dale Dickey.
Leading the nominees this year are Beginners, Drive, The Descendants and Martha Marcy May Marlene.
The 27th ceremony will happen on Feb. 25.
