Comedy Central Picks Up More Seasons of South Park

It looks like the boys of South Park will remain in 4th grade for a while. That’s right: Stan, Eric, Kenny and Cartman will be on Comedy Central through 2016. The network had already purchased two more seasons this year to take them through 2013, and now Vulture reports that the show has just been picked up for three additional seasons.

South Park has been on the air for 15 seasons dating all the way back to 1997 and has aired over 200 episodes. The new deal guarantees the mischievous and raunchy characters will be around for at least 20 seasons.
