Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys and Bjork to Headline in Chile
Lollapalooza announced today two lineups for events in Brazil and Chile. Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, Skrillex, Calvin Harris, MGMT, TV On The Radio, Bassnectar and Band of Horses were among artists that will be at both festivals.
Lollapalooza Chile will take place for the second year in O’Higgins Park in Santiago. The event will also feature Bjork as one of the headliners. The event will take place on March 31 and April 1. Discounted two-day passes are on sale now, and will be for sale here once they run out. You can view a full lineup for the event here.
Lollapalooza Brazil will take place at São Paulo’s Jockey Club on April 7 and 8. The event will also feature special headliners Jane’s Addiction. Pre-sale tickets will be available to the general public on Nov. 28 here. You can view a full lineup for the event here.
“The people of Sao Paulo have been very active — twittering me whom they want to see in the 2012 Lolla lineup,” Lollapalooza creator Perry Farrell said. “Judging by all the requests, they are going to erupt. We really delivered for them. Now, I want them to show me how you party in Brasil.”
