Over the years, Comedy Central has made some of the greatest comedians of our times household names. Comedians like Dave Chappelle, Jon Stewart, Trey Parker, Matt Stone, Stephen Colbert and Steve Carell all broke out on Comedy Central. Now Comedy Central has released its 2011-2012 slate of shows in development, which among the 19 shows, includes some of the best comedians of today getting their own programs.

The network currently has three shows with scheduled premiere dates. On Jan. 31, Key & Peele will make its debut. The show is a sketch-comedy show starring Keegan-Michael Key and Jordon Peele and will have stage segments, which makes the show sound similar to Chappelle’s Show. Premiering in the third quarter of 2012 is The Nick Show Kroll starring comedian Nick Kroll, which will feature many of his various characters together in one show. Also starting in the fourth quarter of 2012 will be Brickleberry, a show about a group of national park forest rangers who are forced to change their ways when a new ranger appears.

Gregory Brothers features the creators of the Bed Intruder Song working in the world of viral videos. My Mans is about two friends, one who always bails out the other one. Nathan for You will have comedian Nathan Fielder helping businesses who are in dire situations.

Overloaded is a look at social media sites, Review will have critics reviewing life experiences and The Burn has constant roast contributor Jeffrey Ross going out and insulting various people and events each week.

Amongst the other shows in development are several shows based around specific comedians with @Rob Delaney, Braunger and Eugene! based on comedians Rob Delaney, Matt Braunger and Eugene Mirman, respectively. The network has four untitled projects based around Amy Schumer, Anthony Jeselnik, Daily Show correspondent Wyatt Cenac and an untitled project based on the web comic series “Cyanide and Happiness.”
