Hailee Steinfeld in Talks for Ender's Game

The upcoming film adaptation of classic sci-fi novel, Ender’s Game, has recently gotten casting under way and this recent news couldn’t get us more excited. According to Variety, Hailee Steinfeld, the Oscar-nominated 14-year-old is now in talks for the lead female role in Ender’s Game as Petra Arkanian. If her performance in True Grit is any indication, Steinfeld will bring a lot of enthusiasm and charisma to the role and likely launch her career as a major actress.

With Asa Butterfield being cast as Ender and Harrison Ford being considered for Colonel Hyrum Graff, Ender’s Game is already shaping up to having a promising cast.
