Thor 2 Director Quits

Mere months after Patty Jenkins was named to helm Thor 2, the Monster director has stepped down from the film. Deadline reports that her decision to leave was over creative differences, but she may return to direct another superhero film, as long as it isn’t a sequel.

Marvel Studios is already searching for a replacement, and the studio will need to work quickly to meet their own Nov. 15, 2013 deadline.
