Leslie Feist does it again.
It’s not enough that her voice is as soft as a newborn’s tush, her guitar playing morphs physical moods, and her stage presence is so intoxicating you begin to wonder where all the bottles went. The girl also has a sense of humor. And an apparent soft side for ‘80s hair metal.
While performing new tracks from her latest album Metals in Mexico City last week, the encore took to wordplay.
With a Slash look-a-like, the room became a head-banging, crowd-singing good time that left Feist at the back of the stage not sharing her sweet voice but swinging away at a candy filled piñata.
