Futures of House and Terra Nova In Question

Futures of House and Terra Nova In Question

The futures of Fox’s hit House and freshman sci-fi series Terra Nova are still up in the air. The network didn’t announce whether or not they were going to pick up either show for next season, which has left the shows in tough situations, reports Deadline.

House creator David Shore wants enough notice so that he can wrap up the series properly in case this is the last season, and Terra Nova needs to start production in April in order to have an episode ready in time for a fall premiere.

The decision, or lack thereof, might have to do with the fact that Fox has yet to debut three new dramas that might prove to have bigger ratings than both House and Terra Nova.

Alcatraz (produced by J.J. Abrams) is yet another contender for the title of “The Next Lost” while The Finder and Touch will premiere with high hopes in the upcoming months.
