Jay-Z Celebrates Daughter's Birth With New Track

Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s first child — Blue Ivy Carter, who is probably the youngest person in the world to throw Twitter into a frenzy — was born this weekend. And to commemorate the date, Jay-Z released a track called “Glory” this afternoon on his Life and Times website. The only description for the track was simply “Life just got REALLY good.”

“The most amazing feeling I feel,” Jay-Z raps on the track. “Words can’t describe what we’re feeling for real/ Maybe I’ll paint the sky blue/My greatest creation was you.”

The track features a crying noise and features someone named “B.I.C.,” which we expect to be his own daughter. This must also mark the youngest appearance on a recorded track, but what did you expect from the child of Beyoncé and Jay-Z?

You can take a listen to the emotional track here.
