Marissa Nadler Announces New Album The Sister

Marissa Nadler has announced her sixth LP, The Sister, which will be released this May.

The Massachusetts folk singer has dubbed the album The Sister for a reason—it’s a companion piece to her self-titled 2011 album.

Nadler’s own label Box of Cedar Records will release the LP May 29. Lucky for us, Nadler has even provided a teaser trailer for the upcoming release.

Nadler asks, “Do you know my self-titled record Marissa Nadler has a sister? She’ll be here in the spring and she sent this video postcard.”
