Red Hot Chili Peppers Postpone Tour Due to Injury

The Red Hot Chili Peppers announced today on their website that they had to reschedule the start of their upcoming U.S. tour. Anthony Kiedis, frontman for the group, recently underwent surgery for multiple foot injuries including a crushed sesamoid bone and a detached flexor tendon.

While Kiedis is expected to make a full recovery, we don’t think this specific procedure should affect his “sock-wearing” abilities. Oh wait, was that really 20 years ago? Our bad.

Catch the band on their rescheduled dates, linked here, and see what insanity they come up with on this tour.
