Watch Wilco Face Off With Popeye

Wilco released a video for The Whole Love track “Dawned on Me,” and we’re frankly a bit speechless other than: “it’s adorable.” The clip features the band fully animated in Popeye’s world. The band, Popeye and Olive Oyl dance to the track until frontman Jeff Tweedy’s charm creates a bit of tension between himself and the muscly, spinach-eating sailor.

The video was created by King Features along with the band’s label, dBpm Records. It was directed by Darren Romanelli. You can check out the video below, and make sure you keep checking back at wilcospinach.com, where the band says Wilco-branded spinach is coming soon.
