Joseph Gordon-Levitt Set to Make Directorial Debut

Joseph Gordon-Levitt will make his directorial debut in a film he wrote and will star alongside Scarlett Johansson, according to Deadline. The comedy will start shooting this upcoming April.

The film is about a suave playboy on a quest to become a more likeable member of society. Gordon-Levitt took to his weekly hitRECord video blog to discuss the film with his fellow Recorders. The actor-turned-writer/director claims he has been working on this for a long time and talked about what his feature film means for the production company.
