The Artist Wins Oscar for Best Picture
The Academy Awards wrapped up earlier this evening, and it was a big night for The Artist, which took home Best Picture, Best Actor in a Leading Role (Jean Dujardin) and Best Original Score. Meryl Streep took home the award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her role in The Iron Lady. Woody Allen earned an award for Best Original Screenplay for Midnight in Paris.
