The boys are back on screen.
With their headlining spot at Coachella and the conversation that has continued to surround El Camino, we’re satisfied to see the video for “Gold on the Ceiling” emerge.
The video montage starts on the streets of downtown Manhattan, moves to the stage Patrick Carney and Dan Auerbach take up so well, rides past the palm trees of Hollywood and then settles right in the center of a recording studio where the two demonstrate what has made them so famous—their dynamic and their instrumentation.
Life on the road for The Black Keys looks like nothing sort of a glamorious, rock ‘n’ roll, joke-filled shitshow of sweat, fans and pure joy. Thanks Reid Long for directing the footage and letting us be a part of the ride.
