It looks like NBC’s The Munsters reboot is going through some monster changes. Last week, Entertainment Weekly reported that the hour-long drama will now be called Mockingbird Lane due to the drastic changes being made to the plot.
It’s not necessarily a setback, but the original title had a lot of weight and recognition to it. A true setback, however, is that the network pushed back filming the pilot until June because of difficulties casting the core characters, as Deadline has learned.
As previously reported, creator/executive producer Bryan Fuller (creator of Pushing Daisies) wrote the script that film director Bryan Singer will direct and become an executive producer.
