On their first tour in four years, 21 members of the choral-inspired, chamber pop, alternative outfit The Polyphonic Spree have been cramming onto stages across the country. Now the band has added a number of West Coast dates in late March and early April. The additional dates kick off in Phoenix, Ariz. on March 29 and wrap up in Denver, Colo. on April 10.
Opening for The Polyphonic Spree is the band New Fumes, which includes Daniel Huffman-a former Spree member and Flaming Lips collaborator.
The Polyphonic Spree’s new single, “What Would You Do?” is now available digitally and 300 colorful limited edition 7” vinyl records will be shipped from Good Records Recordings the week of Feb. 21.
