Madonna is showing her face a lot lately.
Sunday she’ll be performing, along with her music video co-stars M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj, as the Super Bowl’s halftime entertainment, and now today, the music video for Madonna’s latest single, “Give Me All Your Luvin’” dropped.
In the peculiar high school throwback, the 53-year-old dons her very own Olivia Newton John black leather, rhymes “Madonna” with “You wanna” and climbs a wall of padded football players who subsequently drop her into a room of Marilyn Monroe impersonators (she too becomes a Monroe, clever).
The track features individual 15-second raps by both M.I.A and Minaj.
Most interesting is the video’s opening that reads, “fans can make you famous, a contract can make you rich, the press can make you a superstar, but only luv can make you a player.”
Thanks Madonna, for reminding us that you are no longer in high school. Watch the music video at your own discretion below.
