Watch The Shins' Video for "Simple Song"

As promised, The Shins released a video for “Simple Song” today. The track shows frontman James Mercer in old age as a not-so-beloved family man. The video kicks off with Mercer’s death and uncovers his tumultuous relationship with his children as they search for the deed of his house.

The song will appear on Port of Morrow, The Shins’ forthcoming album which is out March 20 on Columbia Records. You can download the video for free over at iTunes.
