Fiona Apple Reveals New (23-Word) Album Title

We haven’t seen her in a while, and now Fiona Apple’s made sure no one forgot about her or her insanely long album titles, which we first saw in 1999’s When the Pawn….

The songwriter released a title for her forthcoming album, which reads The Idler Wheel is Wiser than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords will Serve You More than Ropes will Ever Do. That’s 23 words by our count, so we’re guessing it will just be referred to as The Idler Wheel…

The album is slated for a June release through Epic. Next week Apple is set to appear at SXSW and will begin her U.S tour. Keep checking back for updates on the album.
