Watch the Shins' Hour-Long Live on Letterman Performance
The Shins last night played an extended set for David Letterman’s Live on Letterman series. The band played old tracks, including set opener “Caring is Creepy” along with newer cuts from Port of Morrow.
Frontman James Mercer’s seemed happy to do the show, cracking jokes about meeting Letterman and Paul Shaffer not shaking keyboardist Richard Swift’s hand.
