Radiohead Producer Nigel Godrich Forms New Band

Producer Nigel Godrich, who is often noted as Radiohead’s “sixth member,” has a new band of his own.

The producer—who is also known for his work with Beck, Pavement, Paul McCartney, Thom Yorke and Charlotte Gainsbourg—started a collaboration with Los Angeles producer/drummer Joey Waronker and British vocalist Laura Bettinson. The project is named Ultraísta.
