Sacha Baron Cohen Drops Out of Tarantino Film

Quentin Tarantino’s latest film, Django Unchained, will no longer feature Sacha Baron Cohen due to scheduling conflicts, according to The Guardian. The follow-up film to Inglourious Basterds is set during the early 19th century in the Deep South of the United States.

Kurt Russell also reportedly dropped out of the cast, but the spaghetti western-inspired Django Unchained has still been able to hold onto the key players. Leonardo DiCaprio plays the lead as a plantation owner, and Christoph Waltz plays a bounty hunter who frees Jamie Foxx’s character. The film is due out in the U.S. on Christmas Day.
