Watch Bill Murray Give A Hilarious Tour of Moonrise Kingdom

Moonrise Kingdom, Wes Anderson’s new film that follows a town’s frantic search for two love-stricken, runaway youngsters recently opened the Cannes Film Festival, and will see a limited release in the U.S. this Friday. Producers have only sparingly divulged details of the film’s plot or release date, but a video was recently released of Bill Murray treating interested viewers to a tour of the film.

Clad in plaid pants sewn together from patches of “loud material,” the frequent Anderson collaborator and Moonrise Kingdom star provides a hilarious walkthrough of the film’s set in Newport, R.I. Murray gives a glimpse inside Anderson’s directorial technique, which included housing the cast in pup tents instead of trailers, as well as his insistence that the actors wear short pants during filming. He also gives a rundown of the cast: “Edward Norton is in the film. He does a lot of psycho work. He’s playing…uh…against type.”
