Yep Roc Records to Celebrate 15th Anniversary with 3-Day Concert

Yep Roc Reocrds has announced that it will be celebrating its 15th anniversary with Yep Roc 15, a three-night concert in North Carolina, where the artist-driven label has called home since it was founded in 1997. The event will take place October 11-13 at the Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro, N.C., and will feature performances by Yep Roc artists such as Nick Lowe, Chuck Prophet, Robyn Hitchcock, Fountains of Wayne and others.

Each month leading up to Yep Roc 15, the label will release a free, previously unreleased track by a Yep Roc artist. The first track is “There Goes the Ice” by Robyn Hitchcock, which features KT Tunstall and was written on an expedition to the North Pole.
