The home that Amy Winehouse lived and died in last year is now set to go on sale. The family’s spokesman told the Associated Press that they decided to sell the northwest London, 3-bedroom property after stating that they did not think it would be appropriate for any of them to live there.
Winehouse died at the property from alcohol poisoning at the age of 27. The house is on the market for a reported 2.7 million pounds ($4.2 million). According to online listing agent housenetwork.co.uk, the home is 2,500 square feet and has front and rear gardens overlooking Camden Square. A spokesman for the site told the Associated Press, “There’s a lot of fans getting in touch about it so we’re trying to weed out the genuine interest from people who are just being nosy.”
