Andrew W.K. To Speak at My Little Pony Convention

Arguably music’s biggest brony (that is, fan of the My Little Pony franchise that just happens to be male) Andrew W.K. has been announced as a speaker at an upcoming My Little Pony convention.

The convention, called Canterlot Gardens and taking place in Strongsville, Ohio in late September, will host W.K.’s talk entitled “In The Flesh: What Would Pinkie Pie Do?”

The organizers of Canterlot Gardens feel that W.K. is “the real life embodiment of Pinkie Pie herself” and his seminar will explore “how to make your job as fun as your party, and your party as important as your job.” No official word on whether W.K. will enter any of his songs with a pony twist into the song contest, but one can hope.
