Dirty Projectors Perform New Album Cuts During KEXP Session

Dirty Projectors’ upcoming Swing Lo Magellan, out on July 10, is shaping up to be one of the summer’s most anticipated releases, and the Projectors are doing a lot to amp up excitement. They played a couple of tracks off the album, “Offspring Are Blank” and “The Socialites,” during an in-studio session with Seattle radio station KEXP yesterday.

Backing vocals were provided by Jenn Wasner of Wye Oak during the session, as they were on the Projectors’ recent appearance on Fallon.

“Gun Has No Trigger” and “Dance For You” are also available for streaming here and here (respectively).
