Hugh Laurie Could Be RoboCop's Villain
House’s Hugh Laurie is currently in talks to take on the role of RoboCop’s villain in the upcoming reboot, according to Vulture. The British actor would play the evil CEO of Omnicorp, the company that creates RoboCop.
If he accepts the role, Laurie will join a cast of Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman and Samuel L. Jackson. Filming will begin in September, with the film currently slated for release in August of 2013.
