Rejoice, Cat Power fans. Her new album Sun is due out Sept. 4, but you can stream the opening song, “Cherokee” right now over at NPR’s “All Songs Considered.”
Sun is the follow up to 2008’s Jukebox. Chan Marshall produced and performed the 11-track album all by her lonesome. You can listen to the first single off Sun, “Ruin,” here.
