Mindy Kaling Teases The Mindy Project

Mindy Kaling, former writer and actress for The Office, will leave her small Scranton cubicle to display her comedic abilities on her new show, The Mindy Project. Last week a promo reel surfaced which explains the overall plot and also reveals some familiar faces.

Kaling will serve as writer, main actress and executive producer for the pilot episode. The show would run Tuesdays at 9:30 p.m. EST on Fox.
